How to Use It

1. Fill the brush head — squeeze toothpaste into the U-shaped mouthpiece. Foam toothpaste is recommended; regular paste works too.
2. Choose your mode — press the button to cycle to the mode you want, then insert the mouthpiece and bite gently.
3. Move it side-to-side — guide the brush with a gentle left-right swinging motion so the nylon bristles reach the gumline and the back of the mouth.
